So I have to have some surgery (probably). But getting access to healthcare is made impossible for ND folks.
Im hoping to travel overseas this year I called the hospital to get some kind of indication of when the surgery would be.

Heads up, TTRPG nerds.
Safety tools are not a "limit on fun".
Even if you're playing in a game with close friends you've known your whole life, you should still use them.
Why? Because you never know when you'll need them.

I have, in fact, never wondered why Wikipedia wants so much money. It's one of the highest trafficked sites on the internet. The logistics of maintaining just the infrastructure must be very complicated. It also doesn't have ads.
