You're using the wrong eye. "See with the inner eye; between the warp and the weft, the paths on which the dead and the living plot their ways....."
I suspect I'm on the same medication as you at the moment.

My immediate reaction, though, is if maps of Hookland on handkerchiefs are not a thing, then make them one. You can just sell plain white handkerchiefs - "look carefully, and there you will see Hookland, lair of the unknown".
It won't be. It will be for whoever the voters think can beat Reform - and they've become pretty good at working that out.

(And PS to that I don't think pollsters have properly factored in how general vehement distaste for Reform is changing voters' behaviour.)
Yes, I assume that too, which shows how far removed from real life that judge is because you can't be that stupid innocently.
High Court judge said there had been "no bad faith"????? You have to be wilfully stupid to rely on ChatGPT. The judge needs to be taken aside and given a talking to.
The conduct of the country's so called elite *is* an important matter.
does the north of Scotland want him?

Libdems do say that, Steve, and have been for some time. Where have you been for the last ten years?
They also tell quite barefaced lies. The last letter I got said "Our records show there has been a change of circumstances". After a bit of back and forth, they admitted they not only had no evidence of a change, they actually had no records.

Is he actually better educated, as in learning how to think critically, or did he just go to a more expensive school?

Hospices are at breaking point as staff lose jobs and beds close. Families shouldn’t pay the price.

The Government must act now to protect children’s hospice funding, reverse the £34 million NI hike, and make sure funding meets local needs.

Moira Buffini: Songlight

A reader writes: enthralling.
I agree he's practised and he's paid attention and worked to improve. But I think most people would interpret the initial post the way I did.
as opposed to bach-aeology, which is done in Wales.
Maybe the word "trained" in the OP is misleading? It implies that he's done 3 years at RADA, perfecting how to perform feeling that is not there. As far as I can see, there's no evidence that he is actually "trained". I would have said "experienced" - might have elicited different responses, maybe.

For the first time ever, Young Carers supporting parents with a severe mental illness will get the help they desperately need.

A young carer called it "the safety net we always wished existed".

So proud of @AlisonEBennett.bsky.social for her work with @CarersTrust.bsky.social
🚨 LIB DEM WIN: @alisonebennett.bsky.social has secured changes to the Mental Health Bill, ensuring better support for young carers whose parents have mental illness.
Perhaps "transubstantiation" doesn't mean what I always thought it meant.
I spent years explaining that to every new generation of students who wanted to know why exceeding the word limit was such a bad thing.
