I see artists trade their patreon and ko-fi links all the time and it seems sometimes like it's only other artists and a handful of regular followers that pass those round.

It really does help. Previous clients saying on comm ads they had a good experience also helps a lot too.

Like i don't think it's going to help to shame and scold people for using it- but to insist that individuals hold NO power and responsibility for integrating it into their lives seems to be playing into the "AI is inevitable" myth that the tech corpos want us to believe.

Ai is frankly so new I don't think theres a lot of footing to say that people are just so helpless to corperate marketing that they have to use it. It's not worth getting heated over every individual instance but it is still worth it to continue pointing it out and talking about it individually
