Arsenal have played 19 games so far this season in all competitions. They have won 16, drawn two & lost just one. They have kept 13 clean sheets, failed to score in only one game, netted 42 goals & conceded just seven. And all this despite having between three and seven players out simultaneously.

5 - Arsenal have won their first five matches in a UEFA Champions League season for the first time since 2005-06, the season in which they reached their only final in the competition. They are the only side with a 100% record in the Champions League this season. Marching.

Also, genuinely heard some ‘Arsenal fans’ saying that Arteta had to go at the end of last season. We were all frustrated, but really? Give your head a shake. That man has totally transformed this football club from a complete shambles to a club competing at the very highest level. Remember it.

Bayern Munich turned up to the Emirates Stadium with 17 wins, zero defeats all season and 64 goals scored.

They were supposed to be the best team in the world right now.

Arsenal taught them a lesson.

I'd amend that to very thankful, otherwise spot on.
top of the pl. top of the cl. i know many feel thanksgiving is a yank thing, but gooners everywhere can feel a little thankful 🥰

Truth.
People were actually mad that Trossard got a pay raise. Given how much we've had to rely on him this season, he's been well worth it.

Tottenham Hotspur spent the summer chasing Eberechi Eze.

He stole the show to become the first Arsenal player since 1978 to score a hat-trick against their north London rivals as Mikel Arteta's side moved six points clear at the top of the Premier League.

What an amazing day for Arsenal and for Eberechi Eze. Incredible for him in any context, but with his history, his journey, it's just really, really special.

Also a massive win, and a statement/fuck off win in this title race after the results yesterday

Huge day, lots of fun to be had after this!

On the anniversary of the day Margaret Thatcher resigned, let us take a moment to remember what a cruel, heartless piece of shit she was.

My sentiments exactly.
I’ve seen a lot of people commenting that they’re too nervous now to enjoy that loss until after tomorrow, but to that I say this: it is ok to enjoy good things. Enjoy when good things happen!

Okay let's get something straight. It is NOT more important to win tomorrow because our rivals dropped points. It would have seemed (and been) critical to win tomorrow if 'Pool and City had won and kept pace. In other words, when you're in a title race it's always important to win. #COYG
