The Toronto Blue Jays with yet ANOTHER come-from-behind win. Great pitching, manufacturing runs, and absolutely no quit in this team. The most comeback wins in the majors. 💪⚾️

Blue jays magic number now 7. That jays win felt almost as good as the Yankees loss 😏

As awful as today was, the Blue Jays won, Trey Yesavage set a rookie record with nine strike outs in his first MLB game, the bullpen matched with nine of their own, and the Yankees lost making the magic number to win the division to 8.

I’ll take a little victory today.

Probably the best start of Simeon Woods Richardson's career, especially considering the opponent.

Six shutout innings vs. the Yankees, with a career-high 11 strikeouts and just two hits.

SWR's previous career-high was eight strikeouts. His splitter is looking better and better.

I have never enjoyed an MLB team more than this year’s Toronto Blue Jays team. At a time where domestic and world news hammers you down daily, they have provided me and my family with endless optimism and spirit. It doesn’t matter in the big picture but then again, it’s also everything.

I need someone to tell me the story of this woman, circled in pink. Last night at Braves-Phils, she periodically held a printed sign that said, in red script, “Bunt More.” This is her face when Brandon Marsh (successfully) bunted with the bases empty. Note that NOBODY else is reacting.
