An idea for a "how to design a wargame" blog post has been rolling around my head for a while now, but part of the problem is last time I started, I added a joke "Step 1: Don't" intro and actually, like the best jokes and lies, it's got an uncomfortable kernel of truth to it.

Great weekend at MM3! Pleased to bring home the sports vote after 5 really pleasant games, and managed to go 3-2 (podcast number). The 4-1 was within my grasp, but didn’t quite get there this time. Stormcast still have some juice, but I don’t know if they have THE juice. Thanks to my opponents!

Rich and Laura have been at Mercia Madness 3 this weekend, 18-player GT in Worcester. Laura went 1-1-3, but enjoyed all of her games and felt like most of them were close! Rich did slightly better with 3-2, and also brought home the Sports trophy! Thanks to all of our opponents for great games :)

Hi folks, a bits box plea! I’m after some of this era of plastic wolf mounts, believe they were packed in with a variety of stuff. Don’t need the riders. Anybody got any kicking about? I could buy the Old World box, but hoping to find some for trade or cheaper before resorting to that! #Nerdlings
