I think if a person has Real ID they shouldn't have to have their green card with them, the Real ID should suffice.

I had a US border guard tell me around 30 years ago that I was supposed to carry my green card with me at all times, but I usually just kept it in a fire proof safe unless I was travelling away from home.

Update # 2 - Moderna always puts me out for about 24 hours, but this time I took an Allegra (ftr I took the generic Fexofenadine version) 30-40 minutes before my shot and I am not having any flu-like symptoms. Vaccine access update! Can confirm that at a Walgreens in San Francisco they showed me the list of qualifications for the Covid vax, asked if any applied. I said yes and did not have to say which item on the list qualified me. Anyhoo, Covid and flu vaccines onboard!
