I'm happy for video podcasts to be a thing, but they're not 'better' or 'more' than audio. For interview-type shows, the video adds nothing. For documentaries (if done well) and fiction (if done at all), it's not an improvement or even a modification, it's a ground-up adaptation to another medium.

I've been dealing with paralysis by analysis trying to figure out what I want to do next in the world of audio fiction.

I think that instead of fretting over which concept to run with I'll do a few pilots to see which one works best. I have two concepts in the hopper and one more should do it.
