I am an ardent defender of the first Silent Hill film but the trailer for the new one looked rotten. The reading of Mary’s letter sounded so flat, everything looks (predictably) CGI or AI. First film used actual people for the nurses/lying figure and they looked great. This does not.

Here’s a bit of Redfield lore - the only Star Wars media I saw before my 20s (when I watched the movies starting with the prequels lol - I didn’t enjoy them) was an Ewok animated series when I was like five, I had no idea till years later that it was Star Wars
