Random observations from a random fish in a river near you. Possibly a parody.
But I was told this was a hoax!
WASHINGTON (AP) - Americans, including many in Trump's base, overwhelmingly see higher holiday prices than normal, an AP-NORC poll finds.

Serious question from a lowly fish: Can the states turn the tables and stop sending $$$ to Washington?
This should be the biggest story in the country right now. The sitting US President was extorting state lawmakers from his own party by threatening to withhold public money if they didn’t gerrymander for him.

I don’t know how else to say it…

Yes Old Orange Man, we're gonna use 6G technology to see what's under that perma-bandaid on your hand.
Donald Trump reminds the entire world he has no idea what 6G means

If no one watches CNN like Thin Skinned Orange Cheeto says, why is he so concerned?
Trump: I will probably be involved in the Netflix WBD deal, the people who have run CNN are a disgrace, no one watches, they're spreading poison and lies, they don't have too much money, CNN should be sold, the people running it are either corrupt or incompetent.

In an ironic turn of events, the press has learned the seized tanker is the Virgin Islands flagged SS Epstein Files.

If only some other Republicans had spines....
Breaking: Indiana State Senate rejects 9-0 Republican gerrymandered congressional map, stands up to Trump’s pressure campaign of threats and intimidation. Huge victory for democracy & defeat for Trump in gerrymandering war he started

This is my favorite photo of Trump because he's got that "on the toilet, constipated and pushing really hard" look on this face.

Doesn't he know that its much easier to shit if you don't have an eagle on your lap?
If I didn’t see this myself on Truth Social I’d assume it was some phishing site

Yeah, he's got craptons of experience in conflicts of interest.
Son-in-Law Watch:

“.. What people call conflicts of interest, Steve and I call experience and trusted relationships,” Kushner said.

A better interviewing approach:

Q: What would you say if the president pardoned a massive drug trafficker?

A: Uh, I'd say that's bad and tell him he shouldn't do it.

Q: Well, the president just did exactly that. The guy's name is Juan Orlando Hernandez. Here's a handout with his rap sheet.
Q: You outlined the dangers posed by drugs. So what explanation do you have for Trump pardoning the former president of Honduras?

SEN. ROGER MARSHALL: I don't know the details. Happy to look into it. I can't speak to it

Q: Alright. Um. Ok. Like, no thought on it?

MARSHALL: I haven't researched it

What??? I thought he was just there for another business deal that primarily benefits his family.
can’t believe Jared Kushner was unable to negotiate a meaningful and just peace with Putin

Nah....Mace is too much of an attention-seeking diva to step away from the spotlight.

That is, unless she's got something more attention-seeking planned as her follow-up act....
Incredible:

"Nancy Mace of South Carolina has told people she is so frustrated... that she is planning to huddle with Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia next week to discuss following her lead and retiring early from Congress."

How are they other ass kissers in the cabinet going to top this?

JD Vance: "Your immense gravitational pull kept the planet orbiting the sun. Without you, we would have been flung out into space."
Kristi Noem: "Sir, you made it through hurricane season without a hurricane. You kept the hurricanes away. We appreciate that."

Well, Trump *is* a windbag with a lot of hot air. Maybe there's a connection there?
Kristi Noem: "Sir, you made it through hurricane season without a hurricane. You kept the hurricanes away. We appreciate that."

Sounds like being informed isn't in the job description for Speaker of the House.

I guess it tracks since everything nowadays is straight out of Fantasy Land.
RAJU: If defenseless survivors were killed, would that constitute a violation of the laws of war?

MIKE JOHNSON: I'm not going to prejudge any of that. I was pretty busy yesterday. I didn't follow a lot of the news.

It's like the Matrix Revolutions except the main plot involves blue printer toner cartridges getting revenge against people who pronounce "cyan" incorrectly.
Do they … do they know what color revolutions are about?
Sen. Eric Schmitt: "This is the language of a color revolution where you're calling on military men and women to disobey orders."

While everyone correctly notes people getting thrown under the bus here, I'd just like to point out that Leavitt probably has no clue what "kinetic" means.
REPORTER: Does the administration deny that that second strike happened, or did it happen and the administration denies that Hegseth gave the order?

LEAVITT: The latter. Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes. He worked well within his authority and the law.

What is Jared Kushner's job in the administration?
I’d rather question why is Kushner there and why is he laying out a vision? We did not vote him into any gov position nor the senate we voted for has approved his candidacy.

This isn’t a grey zone anymore, it’s 50 shades of grey.

Does this mean Al Davis was right about Lane Kiffin?

This guy is like the reincarnation of the Gulf War era Iraqi Information Minister.
HASSETT: Gas prices dropped below $2 a gallon in a lot of places

CORDES: Gas prices on average are still at $3 a galloon

HASSETT: For a few states they got below $2
