I've used papermate clear point mechanical pencils for a long time now! They're not like fancy art mechanical pencils or anything but they're really good and you can replace the lead and the erasers, so they last really long

But I never really considered the fact you might buy something from someone nearby but it still ends up having to go to the US and you still have to pay all that shipping. That really sucks :( 2/2

As someone from the US, I know I always feel really lucky that a lot of these things are very accessible to me. Like for example, when I want to buy stickers from artists on Etsy, most of them end up being from the US. 1/2

Bocchi the Rock! — The Visual Novel (2025)

A mockup of a conceptual visual novel game based on the Bocchi the Rock! franchise. The mockup consists of a border, a background, a talking sprite and a textbox.

The border is themed around an audio mixer, featuring dials, switches, and such. There's a photo of Kessoku Band jumping in the top left; a jack, XLR plugs and stickers inspired by the franchise on the right.

The background depicts a rehearsal room inside Starry, a club where a lot of the story takes place. The talking sprite is one of Bocchi herself, timidly holding a hand up to her neck and looking away while blushing. Her hair has red, blue and yellow highlights.

The textbox consists of two parts. First, a name field, styled after a "Hello! My name is" sticker. The name displayed is that of Bocchi, written like a stylized signature. The second part of the textbox is the dialogue, and it's stylized like sheet music, with a treble clef and a 4/4 time signature to the left. To the right, the dialogue, spoken by Bocchi, says "O-Oh, Kita, hi! I didn't see you there... How are you doing today?"

Finally, at the bottom, there are buttons for options. "Log," "Save," "Load," "Skip," "Settings," and "Auto," each preceded by a corresponding icon.
