LRP tbh I think there’s something else as play too which is: standards for copy dropped astronomically years before AI. Like, the moment markets like Amazon started selling goods with titles loaded with as many keywords as possible + typo-laden Google translate item descriptions, it was over.

There's also... Juno's "Dokiwatch" Mediblaster! This is an intermediate print file that has 47 unique pieces plus some duplicate prints, as it MOSTLY prints by colour and slots together. Confident beginners could totally do this too, though.

I truly don’t understand people who are like “I can’t give up this media, it’s meaningful to me.” I’ve dropped franchises I’ve loved, adored, poured time and money into, made copious fan works for, etc, over mere plotlines I didn’t like. If a creator has heinous politics, I’m gone lol.

Every day, Cole and I do a 5-10 minute rant about Fusion 360, and today my conclusion is that Autodesk should pay me for convincing at least a couple dozen cosplayers to use this program, and also that I am probably the only clown with a nose big and red enough to use this program professionally.

Remade my Sophie shirt today because the old one got stained and I wanted to tweak sizing and it was faster to sew a new one than dismantle and recut.

You are allowed to have a hot take about cosplay and post it online ONLY on days where you’ve done at least 4 hrs of work on your own personal cosplay and thus acutely remember the time, effort and expense involved. Resets at midnight every day. This is now LAW, article 6, subsection C, yadda yadda.

Saw someone selling 3D print files of their take on armour I worked on for Murderbot, and it's VERY neat to see how it was interpreted for cosplay... considering how much of my work is replica work, it feels like I've gone full circle!!
