“The researchers aim to show that the ‘inevitability’ of AI is just a marketing frame perpetrated by the industry and that pushback is a lot more possible than we often see.” Yes!
No war on Earth was a holy war and it will never be!!!!!
Just to be crystal… #Sudan is not about Christians vs Muslims.

The #RSF is funded by the #UAE.

It’s about land grabbing and resources. Oil, lithium, copper, gold.

But if you listen to conservatives you’d think it was another holy war, and that’s because that’s what the rich told them to say.

Bellingcat has geolocated footage of a mass killing outside the recently captured Sudanese city of El Fasher. In the video, which has circulated widely online, RSF commander Abu Lulu can be seen firing his weapon at what appears to be ten unarmed men sitting on the ground. Image: @vantortech

They are evil!!! Not lesser!
I think otherwise, in my opinion far-right controls most of the media and online narrative building spaces, they create conspiracy theories and make people believe that. So, centrists are not able to defeat the far-right narrative, try to appropriate their narrative, thinking that would save them.
I would argue they do that because they have no idea regarding the many crises we are facing and they hope the far-right moral panics will act as a diversion and they will still be seen as the lesser of two evils

They say “No Kings” but protests didn’t stop the King and his imperialist troops. Guns did.
I don't understand why the centrist parties get trapped in narrative of far-right and to appease the people, the think that appropriating the far-right play book will give them legitimacy, why they think like that?

Yes that's true, but depicting him as the revolutionary choice is not good. I also supported him before but I think we should talk about the best alternative rather than supporting a social democrat, who will ultimately get in hands with capitalists and those who are committing genocide

Congress basically doesn’t exist at this point

Just a thought: How about we stop shaming the poor for buying things that may not be essential, and start shaming the rich for making a profit off things that are essential?
