That ICE goon seems to be suggesting that they only need a warrant after they find out who the person is. That's not how it works. Kudos to these neighbors. This is solidarity.

In South Minneapolis, Minnesota, nearly two dozen neighbors confronted and surrounded ICE goons after rapid-response alerts were issued. The goons were questioning an East African man when the situation escalated, and they eventually left the area without making any arrests.

#ICE refused to give a man life saving dialysis unless he signed deportation paperwork. Monsters!

In Marrero, Louisiana, an ICE goon pursued a young woman who is also a US citizen. She narrowly escaped by sprinting into her home.

There’s no telling how many similar stories are not being told for fear of retaliation.

By now, everyone should realize Trump is not going after violent criminals or the worst of the worst—he is terrorizing everyone, including U.S. citizens, and their loved ones.

I am calling for Wilmer’s immediate release from NWIPC—he has NO criminal convictions, he poses no threat to the community, and he urgently needs appropriate medical care since ICE is denying him the treatment he requires.

I am grateful for Wilmer’s willingness to let me share his story.

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.
