Inktober sets completely unrealistic expectations regarding output. Making a complete inked drawing in one day EVERY day for a month is insane and a recipe for burnout. Don’t tie your worth to something that even professionals believe is unrealistic.

IDK if I'm craving it cuz sick or other reason, but pizza has been sounding good for days; daughter even said it earlier today w/o my even mentioning my craving. Wish we could spare even $45 for pizza for all four of us. That'd be couple meals my tired, sick ass wouldn't have to fix for the family.

Think I jinxed myself yesterday saying I was feeling loads better, because today, the sinus pressure is like an elephant on my head. Brain so mushy. Still some amount of fever because I still have the aches and shivers. 😭 I just want to be able to work on art right now, not falling apart.

Out today: Feeding Texas estimates that its 20 member banks have lost a total of $57.6 million in federal funding cuts, and that’s only in immediate canceled funding. But this could actually be on the low end of the potential impact range.

Xamy started her job Friday and been tired.
Thursday evening I started feeling a little bleh and Friday it was like I was hit by a train: joints hurting, high fever, scratchy throat and it didn't help I was already dealing with back pain and some other stuff.
