Zaslav and Sarandos are really naive. You can't make such a significant acquisition without the knowledge and approval of Fuckface von Clownstick. You simply can't. Their definitive agreement, which allows Netflix to acquire Warner Bros., will be annulled Monday at the latest.
Off the record, on the QT, and very hush-hush:

Son and father Ellison are preparing to initiate a hostile bid for Warner Bros., with the support of the American administration. Fuckface von Clownstick will judge everything, and he will likely block the Netflix purchase in favor of the Ellisons.

“As far back as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a gangster.”
David Zaslav will make nearly $660 million if Netflix's deal to acquire Warner Bros. closes, according to CNBC.

Add that to his $470 million in compensation since 2019, and the king of failing up is about to be a billionaire.

The best option is that nobody sells. And every one of these CEOs should either learn how to run a successful business which none of them really do as a lot of these companies are in debt. Or step aside and let people who know how to make things people actually want to watch take over again.
The DGA and the Teamsters Union are among those against Netflix’s merger with Warner Bros. ‘The outcome would eliminate jobs, push down wages,‘ and ‘worsen conditions for all entertainment workers,’ the WGA says.
