I'm a digital photographer rooted in the Midwest. I've had the privilege of documenting the world around me from the raw energy of heavy metal to the quiet beauty of nature.

Being passionate about two distinctly different genres may seem confusing, but it's what keeps my life spicey.

I'm sure you were still fantastic!
Below is a link you can connect with your congressmen regarding saving our parks. Letters already done, just fill in your contact information .
Thanks to everyone who joined the day of action to save national parks! While advocates across the country flooded the phone lines of Congress, NPCA staff headed to their local park to spread the word. 📣

Missed out? You can still speak up at npca.org/1000jobs

Bucket list sight🤩
HoldingSpace tonight for Mother of Pearl Clouds. Vivid & lustrous, wafting iridescent waves of color across this skyscape from northern Sweden. Known as nacreous clouds (what committee did that?) or “mother-of-pearl clouds,” they are rare. Captured in this snapshot, Sun just below the local horizon.
"Geo Ice"~ Intricate geometric patterns of winter ice

On todays photo walk, I found some great patterns along a streams edge.

"Bearing the Cold" ~ White Poplars stand tall through snow flurries, strong winds, and frigid cold temperatures in Northern Minnesota. #Snow #Winter #ColdTemperature #Tree #upnorth #Minnesota
"Entangled" ~ A spiky wild cucumber pod gets entangled on a shrub branch in rural Minnesota. My photo walk today was a windy, cold one in Northern Minnesota. I found a bunch of wild cucumber pods tangled throughout a grove of trees and loved the textured contrast.

"Web Dew" ~ Morning dewdrops adorn spider webs in rural Michigan.

I headed out to catch some fall foliage and a sunrise when low-lying fog in a field caught my eye. I pulled over to find everything was covered in spider webs and the dew was settling on them.
"Soulless" ~ Haunting and a little creepy, I found this exoskeleton on a hike along the shore of Lake Michigan.

El Capitan displays a massive American flag upside down—the traditional signal of distress or extreme emergency.
"Midwest Dunes" ~ Gentle undulations of blue and white snowdrifts. I love wandering around Nebraska's backroads after a good snowfall. Snow drifts take many different shapes. These remind me of the sand dunes in Death Valley. #Outdoors #Blue #Nature #Nebraska #Midwest #Rural #snowdrifts
"Frosted Milkweed" ~ A gentle snow falls on milkweed pods in rural Nebraska. Lincoln got about 24 hours of slow and steady snow today. Took a little photo drive this morning for this one.

The colors. The texture. The contrast. Love the trifecta!
Love the diversity. A great reminder to slow down and look around!
"Bark's Enigma" ~ I'm intrigued with the beauty found in woodland textures. I was drawn to this charred stump and what was revealed or collected after a fire. #Geology #Rock #Outdoors #Textured ##fineartphotography
I never know what I'll find on a photo walk (ok, today was more of a photo drive. It's cold out there). I wasn't sure if this guy was playing in the snow or working. I just know it was fun to watch.

"Livin' on the Edge" A rugged cliffside catches a little morning glow in the Rocky Mountain National Park. It always amazes me how trees can survive living on the side of a mountain.

Looks like you made it! Congrats!🙌
It was great to hear Viktorias' story and learn about the woman behind these breathtaking photos.
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing ❤️
