I've been thinking about making this thread for a bit now, ever since I was added to a game creator Starter Pack by @aceottorney.bsky.social, which has led to some people following me.

Bear with me though.

I appreciate the follows, but I have to admit I feel slightly conflicted at this point.

I got excited about the Sierra panel, and can't wait to see it when it comes online. I met Al Lowe years ago, around the time they were working on the HD remake, was a great talk. I even backed the Kickstarter and got the big box.

Looking forward to the video. Thanks for highlighting it!

For gamers who aren't in game dev, you should know that we are in one of the worst periods in game dev history in terms of industry stability and the reason you're not seeing that play out through products is because the average development window of games is 3-7 years so it hasn't reached you yet.

A review about the new Simon The Sorcerer game that I really enjoyed. I'm not the best at illogical puzzles, so lots of trial and error, but it definitely gave me 90s point & click feelings of frustrations and victory when you manage to figure it out.

And, Chris Barrie (Red Dwarf) is back as Simon!
