Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

Every Democrat centrist that told me that social issues like Palestine and trans rights are political poison was wrong. Every Democrat centrist that told me that we need to move slowly on things like progressive economic policy was wrong. The party needs to offer real solutions for it to succeed.

For so long I have felt that my heroes are dead and my enemies are in power. With Dick Cheney dead today and the results of elections all over this country, I hope that we will begin to see the inverse occur.
