Instead of parents and relatives spreading nonsense racist opinions to the next generation, educate yourself on history, science, music and art. Informed opinions can make a huge difference with kids.

Just heard about this huge (49 state) long covid trial using tirzepetide (aka zepbound) one of the newer glp meds. It’s run by researchers at scripps, funded by the eric & wendy schmidt foundation. It looks like it is still enrolling, fully remote participation:

irl I am frequently forced to work with people in big tent ways, and like someone losing their minds over EBT/SNAP is one of the ways I will be like "Yeah I have zero desire to work with anyone who thinks its acceptable for kids to go hungry because you don't think a program is managed well enough."
