As someone who was on various mood stabilizers and SSRIs before stimulants, yeah pretty much. In order to slow a lot of racing/anxious/manic thoughts or twitches/tremors associated with a mental issue, they slow the ENTIRE body. The amount of weight gain and lethargy was awful for me.

Remember when I came up with "buttons" to explain executive dysfunction just because I had an argument with my partner about getting things done?

I made an entirely new series for ADHD Awareness Month explaining motivation & ADHD. Coming next week 👀✨

This and a voice assistant is different from the AI. I have to keep telling my Pixel phone that I don't want Gemini and to stay on Google Assistant.

Let me tap a button quickly to set an alarm. I don't need to be constantly listened to.

I do not care if you like things that big, but if you're going to slap a number on it, please use the right number. This is how people get skewed perceptions on what actual people look like.

Same. I'm on other meds already and taking 4 ibuprofen 2-3 times a day is not ideal for me. I'm taking 500mg Naproxen 2x day as needed, but I also couldn't bend to do daily activities properly.

Ibuprofen did nothing for my disc pain. Naproxen helped me tremendously if you're able to get a script and ibuprofen isn't doing enough for you.
