A band of clouds, touched by the golden sunset, is reflecting in a lake near Neuruppin, Gnewikow, in Germany.
The colors of the photo are darker golden and grey on the left side, getting fairer in the middle, and in the right 1/3 of the picture you see the clouds are fading and a blue hour’s sky that’s reflecting in the lake. This creates a beautiful change of color taking place from the left to the right side, when the day turns into the night.

That’s a wonderful plan and it’s very good to do what you love for keeping you in shape, happy and healthy.
Did you ever think about making picture shows of your hikes and the beautiful landscape you see eg in homes for elderly people? Just a thought that popped up in my mind while making dinner.

They definitely are! I have tons of cloud pictures on my phone. My grandfather worked for the weather service and always explained me the clouds. 😄♥️🌤️🌦️🌨️⛈️💨

On the way to Oatman, Arizona, on Route 66, a family of donkeys blocked the road with daddy donkey coming up to my window, on lower left, to collect the toll and allow us to continue driving!
It cost us several carrots 😂!

I’ve been seeing quite a few Monarchs lately, but this was the first time I’ve seen this beauty.
🦋🌸

A Queen Butterfly on a pink Cosmos. The upper side of their wings are a deep orange with the black edges and little white spots, more white spots curves across the wings. Blurry flowers, other foliage and trees are in the background.

A Queen Butterfly and a Skipper share a pink zinnia. The underside of the Queen is similar to the Monarch and Viceroy with its own little details. The stem of the flower and another stem and leaves are visible on the left side and the background is an overhead door and a little bit of awning.

I was laughing so much when I discovered them after desperately wondering where they might be for nearly an entire hour 😂 hilarious! 🤣
I like that, it shows that we aren’t robots but humans with all our flaws.✨

I definitely did, just finished watching it.
My grandfather loved to hike. When he wasn’t able to come with me anymore, he put on his 🥾& waited on a bench near a rural parking spot reading a book. He loved to see the pictures I took during my hike as he was able to see how everything looks like now♥️
