It’s maintained entirely by Cyan, their ai companion from before.

while meant to keep them safe, there exists anomalies that endanger its structure.

cyan works to limit its spread, though this proves difficult due to the influence of an anomaly named pipzi— an entity with its own hidden objectives.

with pipzi’s encouragement, nix has discovered more abilities that allow them to fight & explore on their own.

nix’s memories are suppressed though they seep through the simulation
