After seeing Morgan Stanley's new $TSLA analyst awarding a $210bn ($60/share) valuation for Tesla's (non-existent) Optimus program, I've been gathering a list of Musk's "fails".

Interesting to find that, since his "homerun" with the Model Y, Musk's been on a non-stop downward spiral of innovation.

There is no question about it: Alito, Thomas, Roberts, and the three Trump Supreme Court appointees are all GOP partisan hacks.

Pass term limits. Expand the court. Enact an enforceable code of ethics.

We must keep pushing Democrats to enact court reform.

Jesus Christ, public opinion is not some static thing that has to be “respected” by politicians.

Politicians should work to shape it, to make the case for their priorities and positions, to win over voters to *their* ideas not convince voters that they agree with them.
This exchange drives me nuts. Neither the interviewer nor Bazelon acknowledges that 1) abortion rights are really popular! and 2) what ICE is doing is hugely unpopular!

Elon Musk is furious that people who were not born in America are able to cast a vote in American elections.

I wonder what his attitude is about people who were not born in America but spend billions of dollars influencing American elections.

I can’t understand a politician watching Trumps speech and your takeaway attack message is that he “didn’t say anything.” The Democrats are fundamentally broken on this front. They’re winning by default but are set up to lose the long fight.

Shocking ahistorical error on NPR's Morning Edition, which stated as fact that America had "record" inflation under Biden, a frequent fact-free Trump claim.
Biden topped 9%, then brought it down to under 3%.
The record? 23.7% in 1920, but also 14.4% in 1947, and 14.8% as the '70s became the '80s.
