The Who Live at Leeds is the first Who album I purchased. It was at a vinyl exchange event. I got home to realize of the 2 records, I got 2 copies of one record and did not have the other record. Still annoyed at that. #XPNCountdown

I like the Tracy Ullman's take on the Kirsty MacColl song, though I still think a better song to have covered would have been ...[sucks in]: There's a Guy Works Down the Chip Shop Swears He's Elvis

Glad to hear this Kiss cover by the Replacements, from the best album to be called "Let It Be" ever released. #XPNCountdown

I refuse to believe this is actually the Lumineers performing This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody). There's nowhere near enough stomping and clapping. #XPNCountdown

If you told me ahead of time that The Cure covered Jimi Hendrix, this is basically exactly what I would have thought it would sound like. #XPNCountdown

Just woke up with the thought: someone should turn the Counting Crows website into a bird watching app.

I think I’ve been too invested in the #XPNCountdown

If you want another good cover of that Blaze Foley song, Tim Barry did a great cover of it as well a couple of years back. #XPNCountdown

Hearing the version I most associate with Walk Away Renee on the #XPNCountdown also reminded me of this much more different version of the song - which I believe it Billy Bragg speaking with Johnny Marr playing guitar:

Oh, the song from the brother of the backup guitarist and backup singer from Johnny Cash's band. #XPNCountdown

Oddly enough, I'm pretty sure it's from the same recording session - the Strummer by himself version was released after he passed away, and sounds just about the same as his parts in the duet.
This is the second cover of Bob Marley’s “Redemption Song” in the #xpncountdown. This cover (#550) is Johnny Cash featuring Joe Strummer of the Clash. The other one was by Joe Strummer himself (#623).

Redesigning parental controls should be the new redesigning boarding passes.
It's weird that to view screen time details for a child in iOS you have to go into Settings, it would make more sense if Screentime management for children were in its own app.

But then that would mean product managers were taking parental controls seriously and prioritizing them.

Trump's farmer bailout will primarily go to massive row-crop farmers. Big Ag as they say. Smaller and diversified farms are getting something else - it rhymes with shackjit.
Trump is going to dump tens of $ billions in payments for huge commodity farmers to compensate for huge losses they will suffer from his idiotic trade war. Meanwhile, small farmers growing for local markets will get nothing. Just canceled grants and "thoughts and prayers". wapo.st/3YXdAbU
A Kansas family farm, barely getting by, grapples with Trump’s cuts
Like many of his rural neighbors in northeast Kansas, Jacob Thomas is trying to compensate for deep losses in federal funding. There’s worry and anger.
