Masked ICE agents, it seems, are now killing American citizens on American streets.

Any Democrat who doesn’t support abolishing ICE should be instantly primaried and run out of the party.

This is non negotiable. You cannot support the continued existence of this fascist murderous secret police.

A reminder especially for those who've begun searching for a used Kwid after seeing Richard's post about the Dacia Spring:

Renault quite shamelessly (like many other carmakers) sold an unsafe Kwid to markets like India and SA, exhibiting abysmal crashworthiness on multiple occasions.

Or Borbet A, actually
The Dacia Spring wheels chat has been excellent, but I think we all know the real answer is SLOT MAGS.

This is very good indeed.

Having said that, I'm worried about the *redacted* (Reform/BJP/Republican voters) who think whatever they read on X/WhatsApp/Facebook is true...

Went to put out the recycling last night and there was a P38 Range Rover idling menacingly outside my house. Is this it, am I in the Layer Cake?

When I said that modern BMW steering systems felt dead, this isn't quite how I wanted them to add 'life' to those:
“When stationary, a software glitch can cause the wheel to turn itself back and forth without any input from the driver. It’s basically one step away from a nightmare scenario on the highway.”

Firstly, let’s all agree that 2026 will be the year to stop using the word “glitch” to describe bugs.

Have been tasked with finding new homes for my dad's motoring mag and book archive. He collected every copy of Autocar and Motor between certain years, indexed for his work reference. Stepmum is trying to dig out the full list of issues.

But... auction the way to go, yes? If so, which?

Best known now for 4X4s, Subaru came to world attention as a maker of tiny kei cars. This tradition was still going strong in 1989, when this roomy little M80 was on sale in several European countries. Based on the Japanese Rex mk3, it had a larger 758cc four-cylinder engine for export. #weirdcarbs

#carspotting from the grocery run this AM. I haven't seen the second-gen Touareg in a long time, so it was deffo a pleasant surprise. Same re the fairly well-kept Safari Storme 400. It was Tata's best effort with the car and it showed.
