I always associated space exploration with a feeling of hopefulness, maybe because it felt like something that we'd all have to come together for as a species.
Unfortunately it feels like both hope and unity have taken a bit of a kicking lately.

Because I came from an Evangelical home, my humanism and secular moral system are very important to me as I had to build my own. I will never be for the targeting of civilians anywhere. Basic human rights apply to literally every fucking human being.

As someone who grew up on Sega consoles I miss the crazy stuff like the 2 player co-op version of Syndicate and the wacky inventiveness of games like Alien Soldier. Newgrounds flash games did scratch that itch for a bit, but these days 😕 I mean there's only so much Mario Kart anyone can take, right?

Every photo I take is done practically with very little digital work, using household items to create special effects like cotton wool for fire & foil for water. Each set is meticulously set up for just the one scene then dismantled so I can set up another scene.

Thanks for helping me keep going.
