So you want to, uh, reduce or even, uh, lower the funds the policie get as part of reducing their remit and improve society. Like you wanted to defund the police! Or even abolish large parts of them! Wow we could make a short snappy slogan out of that, maybe!

i think humans are, for the most part, inherently pretty good. we've been inundated in a world that teaches us to hurt others (and it hurts ourselves to do so as well) out of fear and repression, but it's not natural. if it was the few who AREN'T good wouldn't work so hard to keep it that way
