3/4 cup warm water
1 TBSP honey
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
3.5 TBSP EVOO
4 crushed garlic cloves
3/4 cup natural Greek yogurt
480 grams bread flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp sea salt
.5 tsp MSG (optional)
1. Combine water, honey, yeast and bloom for 10 minutes in mixer bowl.
