Anyway you wanna focus on your scalp PH balance essentially aside from the damage and you might find your hair just requires to be washed more often than not and that’s totally okay!

So if you’re not actually looking for hair growth like new hair and you’re trying to minimize breakage I wouldn’t get the HG shampoo cause that’ll have you sprout baby hairs like crazy and help with density but it doesn’t hurt to get the leave in treatment for the scalp!

I would look at the k18 hairline for treatments/masks around the damage for serious help, Amika next. Oily scalp you’ll need a clarifying shampoo I like briogeo scalp revival shampoo + they have a leave in to help oily scalp I believe anyway look for charcoal+tea tree oil product
