This could not possibly have any unintended consequences or misaligned incentives. Somebody tried to tell me once that "there can NEVER be any complaints from students at the clinic or else." I said "Cool, as soon as I'm an omniscient deity I'll get right on that. Aren't you allegedly a lawyer?"
