Reform party conference in Scotland.... most of them looked like Scots Tories who have defected. Red trousers, sometimes quite jolly, and all that. These are not new people in some new mass movement, just opportunists - usually well-to-do - looking for more advantage.

I went along to the Reform conference in Scotland to have a look as it is not too difficult to get to from where I am. Unless you are going to the conference by car like most of them, complete gridlock, worse than the Paris ring road at rush hour! Don't let them run any transport networks.

The racism allegations should be what wrecks Farage's political career. But I also think his absolute inability to cope with being questioned, his thin-skinned nastiness when challenged in any press conference, is also going to hurt his popularity, esp among those who have not seen that before.
