@diaryofasickgrl on twitter - As a chronically ill person I often accidentally steal from my future energy reserve. Whether n purpose (like attending something important) or on accident (like cleaning a little too much) but it can end up affecting the next day or the next WEEKS. It's hard for people to understand. But this is why I try so hard to pace myself even though I wish I could do more.
