Today has been really bad, i feel frozen and paralyzed by pressure of stuff i cant control. Had a full breakdown of the ugly crying kind and now I'm feeling kinda empty. 😞 i mean it helped and im okay now but baby bawl breakdowns always drain all life outta me. My soul needs some pampering 🫠

Work has been incredibly exhausting lately. Frustrating, bc most of it stems from issues i have little to no control over and it feels realky bad/pretentious to not take own responsibility when things dont get done properly. But in my job i am very dependent on legwork of all sorts and i cant

Finish shit without getting it. 😭 its even more complicated bc everyone involved does their best and its just tough. Still, i am extremely anxious about getting my workload done properly and pressure myself a lot. Which makes me freak out regularily if things beyond my control set me back. Argh!!

Theres no shame in trying meds and quitting if you feel like its not Helping.

I dont have bpd but i made similar experiences with Medication to a point of refusing to take em and just Power through on my own. Had some therapists judge me for it but i didnt budge. Now after 2 years of therapy im doing well without it. So all i can say, trust yourself and listen to your body. 😊
