Allowing second class citizens means that second class citizens are acceptable.
There will always be people in power that think other religions, other races, & poor people are inferior.
How long till those other people become 2nd class citizens.

Leaves the impression that he is taking that perspective to avoid dealing with exploitation. Like his perspective is, if everyone was good at bargaining then everyone would prosper but some are exceptionally bad at it. Like ignoring external pressures is an acceptable way to nullify consideration.

If you get the chance, please encourage them to look at hiring practices and who was actually hired. Should be an easy condition to set that allows ICE and other agencies to fire every moron, that has been public with their racism on social media, before they receive a dime.
