Thank you!! I was able to book an appointment with the home healthcare store I selected for next Friday which is great and now I'm doing a deep dive into different masks lol.

I used a full face one for my titration sleep study and liked it a lot so hopefully I get lucky!

I'm finally FINALLY close to getting my CPAP/APAP machine to start treating my sleep apnea 🙌

Now I need to start the process of finding a mask that works well for me and honestly it feels a little daunting 🥴

In for my second sleep study, this time with a cpap machine to measure the pressure level that I need.

When I asked what kind of mask I'd be using, the tech said it will basically have to be a full face one because of how many times I stop breathing + how shallow my breathing is 😩😅

It shouldn’t have to be said, but the act of dying doesn’t magically convert a bad person into a good one, or wipe away the harm they caused while alive. Political violence must be condemned, but the media and politicians presenting the victim as some sort of hero/saint is just plain wrong.
