My story as a 40yr nurse is I have to explain why I didn't teach Aspirin to a patient who's been on it for 20yrs. I was busy teaching the nephrostomy tube that wasn't even mentioned in the referral. But thanks for sitting behind the desk with a checklist and thinking you just made the patient safe.
