Black Friday is so fucked up like why is a “sale” worth trampling people over or going into credit card debt for when the discount is making it closer to what the thing is actually worth but still enough to make a fat profit? At this point it’s just an excuse for overconsumption and nothing more.

Katla Glacier, Iceland 🇮🇸 was a fantastic experience. I went on a tour and attached spikes to my shoes for a full-on glacier walk. Crossing beams, holding ropes, and standing in the middle of all the ice was quite a sight.

I watched Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein last night (spoilers ahead) and I did very much enjoy the acting, directing, film sets, prosthetics and costume design… BUT the ending felt abrupt. I was hoping for more of a revenge not a total transition from monster to man in the eyes of the creator…
