Today is the release day for “Recipes for an Unexpected Afterlife” by Deston J. Munden. It’s also the first book published by Cozy Quill. And those of us who have been following Meg Hood of Cozy Quill are excited for her as well. I started it this morning over tea. I’m hooked after the prologue!

Ahhh, Bandon, from scouting a workshop (or perhaps during giving the workshop) about a decade back. Such an amazing location.

Inspired by @murchstudio.com , here are some photos from my “stupid” mental health walk to & from yoga class today. The yoga studio is very close to home. I recently started going back to class in person after 5 yrs of zoom classes. I am less distracted & more present in the studio.
