Made Ethiopian ground chickpea stew, called Shiro. It’s a top ten dish in my life. Red onions, garlic, tomatoes: chopped in food processor until fine, with besan/gram/chickpea four. Then cooked with A LOT of homemade Berber spice mix. A little salt. It’s truly a wonderful dish.
