This. Also, as a 40 something, this guy is attractive. Funny, because he’s also interesting… it’s like there’s a connection between mature and attractive in my old brain. 18 year olds are kids to me and not attractive at all. Hell, 30 year olds look like kids… I’m old.

This person is mocking the same woman for discovering new knowledge. But just like all the other bullies on this planet, she’ll get nothing but approval from the masses. I’d like to think schools at least teach that cheering at bullies is bad, but I’m clearly wrong.
I can hear my father quoting Professor Kirke in The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe: "what do they teach them at these schools?"
