Crowd mood was positive, upbeat, glad to see each other. Many community activists and leaders spoke up, as did the Mayor. Lots of honking from cars that went past. Lots of good signs.

Oh, I forgot there was an Uncle Sam stilt-walker too.

Quick word of caution on blocklists. Some have been misused or intentionally mislabeled. You may think you are blocking the bad guys, but if you actually review the list, you'll see people who don't belong on it. Just give the list of blocked accounts some review before subbing, that's all.

Government sites being here suggests they are using the platform for surveillance with more interest. Easy targets for their vengeance and oppression will be those yelling at them directly. Should probably block those govt sites when you encounter them.
