If you want to read a new book coming out but don't want to buy it, a great thing you can do is ask your local library to order it. The more requests they get, the more likely they are to acquire it and then lots of people will get to read it who othewise wouldn't.

If you watch only one short video today, make it this one. Remarkable bravery, and the looks on the various faces could be material for a dissertation on gender, the family, and authoritarianism. youtu.be/gVInX42IQD8?...

Presidents should not be allowed to pardon people they egged on into committing their crimes. It's not forgiveness, it's lawlessness.

Just have to say that the $Trump meme coin is a gift to all of us who are not fans of his.

It’s just a matter of time until a lot of people lose money from this.

I’m a crypto fan. This is not crypto any more than Madoff was just buying and selling shares of stock

Very excited to be sponsoring this bill again. It sailed through the RI Senate last year - and I have a good feeling about getting it done in 2025. Tackling buildings is one of the most important strategies we have to reduce our emissions and bring the state in line with our Act on Climate goals.
Our #1 priority in Rhode Island is the #RIBuildingDecarbAct! This bill is crucial to meet our #ActOnClimate goals and makes our new construction #ElectricReady!

If you don’t have a local library card, it should be your New Year’s resolution to get one. It’s an easy resolution to keep and you’ll actually use it, trust me.

So honored to be sworn in again last night to the RI Senate, with my A-team there to witness. This is a big year as we confront the threats of a Trump administration. On my list: Housing. Climate and decarbonization. Public transit. Sentencing reform. Protection for workers. Onward!
