It's interesting and infuriating that these dems believe that external events like a particular vote will determine how people feel about the opposition, instead of actually making an argument about why the opposition is bad. It's lazy but it's also such a West Wing-ass worldview

This is wonderful and all but it would be nice if we had politicians who could say this in normal everyday english instead of having an involuntary urge to be civil and indirect
