A promise, for a vote, that republicans can (and will) still vote against. Even if they do pass it, the House won’t. Even if the House passes it, Trump can veto.

A deal has been reached to reopen the U.S. government through January, possibly ending a 40 day shutdown. It promises voting on ACA bill of Dems choosing by the end of the second week of December.

The September report, now over a month late, still hasn't been released.
