Todays #MODtober is an example of using ProTracker as a sound design tool. To demonstrate this, the demo has been spliced together with the ProTracker view.

it's not only that #macOS #Tahoe looks like sh*t, it also eats up the battery faster than #Sequoia. and, the MacBook Air with M1 is still king when it comes to battery life! also, *no* stupid notch on the M1. I will keep mine for the foreseeable future...

Don't think I've said this in 20 years, but I really wish I hadn't updated Macos to Tahoe 26. Not only does it look to be a janky mess, but the performance is degraded.

I can disable the glass via the Terminal which brings the performance back, but then important menubar icons vanish. It sucks.

Having reported on this industry, I knew there were shady actors. But part of me thought, surely they can’t be that bad, surely there are red lines. The world isn’t a comic book. When we went behind closed doors, I realized… sometimes it is www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfWy...

3DO FPGA progress update from Sergiy Dvodnenko / srg320_

Made some changes to the DSP. Fixed the audio in FMV. Interestingly, although the DSP focuses on sound generation, in Blade Force and Decathlon it decodes both the audio and video in the intro FMV.

Es fällt mir schwer, das "Aber China!"-Stammtischargument nicht als idiotisch zu bezeichnen.
