My art output dropped a ton once the Twitter algorithm changed, and now it’s dropped again because I just don’t feel that much of a drive to post if it’s going to get 3 retweets and die off into obscurity after hours and hours of work. I create to make connections w humans and that’s not happening.

I was so optimistic when I first moved over here, I was getting more interactions than I ever did on Twitter, people were reposting each others’ sales and gofundmes, but now I feel like the community went right back to “well I can’t repost things because MY things aren’t selling”.

Man it really does just feel like Twitter here now. My interactions have dropped to near zero, I haven’t made a sale in months, and my timeline is full of rage bait all the time now. What happened???
