My little mini Spider-Man rant of the day; I am bored to tears by the concept of “interchangeable love interests” and the idea that committed relationships lack drama. A reason MJ stands apart is she DID fight with Peter, but it went somewhere. It mattered and challenged them. 1/5

hornet silksong redesigned after the witch crest! i took a bunch of inspo from the crest itself and greyroot, and also the fact that the nail acts like a whip with the crest equipped. really happy with this one imo #silksong

I noticed a slight trend towards Hornet painting in crests styles and decided to participate.
However, I only had enough ideas for Architect Crest.

NEW: No, Charlie Kirk was not practicing politics the right way. That's what Ezra Klein said. We can condemn this heinous assassination but also recognize that with his 2020 election denialism and extremist rhetoric, Kirk built his movement with falsehoods and in a wrong and divisive manner.
No, Charlie Kirk was not practicing politics the right way
His assassination deserves full condemnation; his full impact should not be sidestepped.

It's not lost on me in the midst of this eulogizing and memorializing a monster that my home state, Florida, has made it a crime to commemorate or remember the victims of the Pulse massacre.

In America, only some deaths are considered grievable. The rest of us are just "collateral damage."

Everything in this thread is true times 10 and then add a +5 to it just for good measure.
Some MFers don't believe me when I talk about how deeply ingrained anti-Arab sentiment is in the comic book industry. Here's the guy who made HOLY TERROR & a public Islamophobic tirade, being celebrated w/ a guy who's inferring he ACTUALLY tortured Arabs, while a 3rd giggles like a buffoon about it
while we're pretending Gretchen Felker Martin did something wrong, let's look back at current Wonder Woman and DC Studios writer Tom King making a really funny joke about torture when asked about how his CIA career affected his Batman writing. Featuring a very overeager laugh from James Tynion IV.

"Play the clip" like a Family Guy cutaway lmao
KASIE HUNT: Over the summer you said, “There’s no vaccine that’s safe and effective”. Do you still believe that?

RFK JR: “I never said that.”

I’m out shopping/driving rn, but the Walmart near me has made it so that you cant check out at some of the lanes without a paid membership. This creates a bottleneck of lines where there are entirely open lanes that nobody can use.

I guess my first question is, why did I bother to go to Walmart?

old autoframe concepts for my story 🤖 these rusty old bots have long forgotten their original purpose as combat units, having been adapted for more civil roles in small or struggling communities in the decades after the Roar. Maya herself had a hand in rehabilitating some of the bots in her town!! 💜

You don't need AI to make your own art. All you need is a willingness to work hard over a long period of time. If you're not willing to do that, you don't actually want to make art, you just want to be able to SAY that you made art.

Stop.

Collect yourself.

Take a deep breath.

Exhale.

Unclench your jaw.

Stretch your fingers.

Relax.
Relate.
Release.

If just getting up is all you can do and thats okay too. But try to find something resembling your own peace. I hope you have a decent day.
