From comments, it sounds like ppl would like more context on the purpose of archives & long term preservation, on copyright, and on preservation threats related to access (like pw protected stuff, or stuff only 1 person can access). I’ll start drafting! Lmk if anything else comes to mind.

I've been playing a little V Rising during my surgery recovery today and saw they're doing an art contest where everyone draws their vampire. It's almost Halloween, how could I resist?

Troupe style is one of those approaches to RPGs that people resist but I tend to find love when they actually try it.

Basically:
You have a character that's yours.
You may have a secondary character.
You then have a pool of other characters you can grab as needed.

Heads up on the new Affinity program.

You can tell them not to use your content to train AI, BUT, there is another AI setting that is on by default until you turn it off.

You need to go to your account settings and switch it off. I just found it switched on by default.
