If Nigel Farage died the British media would immediately be unable to function.

Suspect Reform UK won't like this.

"Tax on profits made by gambling firms from online bets to rise from 21% to 40% in April, alongside abolition of 10% bingo tax"

Labour ahs received donations from the gaming sector though.

"The idea that the United States of America is not engaging with both sides equally in this war to bring it to an end is a complete and total fallacy," she told reporters. (WH spokedummy)

Why would you want to do it "equally"?

Piastri seems underpriced for the championship given that's he level on points with Verstappen. Of the three drivers.

He tends to finish seasons poorly compared to NOR and VER though and the momentum is clearly with the other two.

It down on the avocados lads.

I'm starting to think this might come through and Verstapoen wins his fourth world championship.

Verstappen is now second favourite behind Norris.

Trump was ok with Mamdani calling him a fascist while next to him in the Oval Office not because trump is a good sport ever but because he believes everyone else is as empty and cynical as he is, and that Mamdani just says those things for the base and couldn’t possibly mean it even tho Zohran does

It's striking just how many people are now prepared to be identified and go on the record in accusing Farage of having a history of gross racism.

And how they corroborate each other.

Twenty people allege he has a racist past. He denies it. Who’s telling the truth about Farage’s schooldays?

Most of the public know what’s going on with flags on lamp posts.

Crucially for the government, 78% of its 2024 voters think anti-minority sentiment is involved in flying England flags (versus just 15% who think it’s just a national pride thing).

They are getting the politics of this all wrong.
Why do people think England flags have been raised on lampposts?

White adults
National pride: 26%
Anti-migrant/minority sentiment: 49%
Both: 19%

Ethnic minority adults
National pride: 15%
Anti-migrant/minority sentiment: 55%
Both: 20%
